Built on a plateau overlooking the city of Lecco, this villa has a total surface area of approximately 600 sq.mt. developed on two levels plus the attic and basement. The planimetric scheme, governed by the symmetry principle, gives the building a peculiar and neat image that reinforces the sense of visual order.
