This complex of approx. 10,000 sq.mt. was developed over a large area of approx. 35.500 sq.mt., characterized by two plateaus with different altitudes.
The building was sited in the upper area behind a pre-existing settlement, while the area of approx. 14.000 sq.mt. is allocated to a public green area accessible from downtown.
Particular attention was paid to the environmental inclusion of buildings, grouped together and not spread across the territory with gradually increasing heights – up to three levels- thus not significantly altering the view from the valley floor.
