The design was to restore a bunch of historical buildings in the old part of the village, covering a surface of about 1,100 sq mt.
The buildings, previously used as residences, have been designed to host a two-storey restaurant for 200 people, some rooms and services for the guests.
The design has preserved and enhanced the historical features of the building; the layout is functional to the new needs and the technological facilities are aimed at energy saving.
