The urban transformation project concerns a multifunctional building located in a Lecco’s residential area.
On the area of approximately 1.000 square meters, entirely occupied by the sales structure, we designed a residential building that involves the demolition of half of the existing structures, the construction of an underground car park and the implementation of a garden above it.
