The project involves the functional reuse of buildings, formerly occupied by two cinemas and located within a building complex built in 1950 downtown Lecco.
The design’s focus was especially set on the definition of the building’s structural system, because it was necessary to demolish and rebuild the cinemas’ structures, partially below the high inhabited residential building.
