The demolition of a disused industrial area on the Adda river bank, allowed the complete urban redesign of this area. The new-built condominium with 15 large apartments, has an articulated planimetric and volumetric scheme that adequately fits in the existing framework. The area was further enriched by a large public park with a river walk, an enhanced road system and new car parks.
