The project proposed the residential development of a Daewoo Construction area of approx. 45.000 sq.mt. on the Seoul outskirts.
Three types of houses with different surface areas were identified; their aggregation scheme was studied in order to support the creation of formally homogeneous residential units. The whole complex consists of one hundred units arranged around a central space with an hypogeum hosting a variety of facilities for residents (theatre, meeting rooms, fitness centers, golf simulator etc.). This meeting place constitutes the link between the underground level for the vehicle traffic and the ground level designed for pedestrians.
