This new residential complex with 58 apartments and 6 commercial units at street level was built on the site of a demolished older building in downtown Lecco. The planimetric and volumetric scheme placed the buildings along the existing roads, creating public and private green areas close to a large historic park.
The articulation of the volumes with different heights, helped to reduce the volumetric impact on the road sides, creating a long shopping arcade open to the public.
