The project involved the construction of a three-levels building hosting spaces dedicated to cultural activities and a hotel (Aparthotel) on a disused industrial area of approx. 2,000 sq.mt. The project aimed also at redeveloping the area locked by other buildings, creating a pathway linking the historical center above to the sports area on the lakeside.
The total surface area measures approximately 1.900 sq.mt. and includes a multifunctional hall, an underground parking and 36 small apartments, as well as service and subsidiary spaces.
Particular attention was paid to the environmental sustainability of the structure, employing eco-friendly materials and adopting renewable energy production systems.
