The transformation project of the early twentieth century villa into the Association of Builders local headquarters, had to address different functional requirements, while maintaining the historic building identity.
The total area of approximately 1.000 sq.mt. is developed on four levels, including the attic and basement, which houses service spaces and a conference room with 60 seats.
