Westin Chosun Busan

The project involved the overall redesign of the interior reception spaces of this 290-room hotel overlooking Haeundae Beach in Busan. A “cascade of light” welcomes the customer in the Lobby and accompanies him to the different areas of the hotel. This large and long “chandelier”, composed of hundreds of small crystal cubes, becomes the characterizing element that fluidly unites the internal spaces: the lobby, the reception, the business center, the lounge area and the shops that develop on an area of approximately 1,600 square meters. The design of the furnishings, the choice of materials and a careful lighting design, concur to create a “warm” and welcoming image, characterized by suggestive scenographic effects.
