Historic Villa with Dependance

Besides the construction of a new dependance in the garden, the project involved the complete renovation of a historic, eclectic-shaped villa built in 1925. A large underground garage and an outdoor swimming pool were built as well. Particular attention was paid to the renovation of those items related to the eclectic language of the time that characterize the building, which features also late Art Nouveau’s stylistic motifs. A refreshingly modern interpretation of some of them characterized also the “dependance”’s design, which was intended as a new residential unit.
