Offices and apartments in Zurich

The project involved the renovation of a historic building in Zurich and the construction of a new “building block” to complement the facades on Nordstrasse. The new financial office building, narrow and developed on 4 levels, is characterised by a portal on the street, wich leads to the underground garages, via a ramp. The architectural design is completed by ” bow windows” and terracotta-colored ceramic cladding. The renovated historic building houses a “bistrot” on the ground floor, with offices and apartments on the upper floors.
