The urban transformation project involves a long-abandoned industrial area located near the city center of Monza. On 2.945 sqm. site occupied by 1.700 sqm. of warehouse, the project involves the demolition of the industrial buildings, environmental remediation of the land and the construction of a five-story residential building above the “pilotis” level. The apartments are accessed from the “pilotis” level, wich is partially underground and houses shared spaces and a foyer connecting the two stairwells with elevators. In the basement there are garages and technical rooms. Photovoltaic panels are installed on the roof to minimize energy consumption. A new large garden with plantings completes the residential development.
