The urban transformation project involved a disused industrial area of 3.600 s.mq , located in the northern part of Lecco. The project involved the demolition of the derelict buildings and the construction of a complex with two residential building and a series public offices. The four floor high residential apartments are located in a new garden, while the office building is spread over three floors and faces the street. In the basement there is a large garage with both public and private parking.
