The project involved the redevelopment of a derelict residential and industrial area of sq.m. 3.400 in Galbiate, near Lecco. After the demolition of existing buildings, a “green area” and public parking were created in the part of the lot along the main road. Two 3-storey residential buildings were built on the opposite side, offering panoramic views of the valley and the lake. Taking advantage of the differences in the levels of the land, a large basement was created with garages in the rear and spaces for doctors’ offices in the front, facing the valley.
