The urban transformation and environmental redevelopment involves a industrial site built in 1978 in the northern part of the city of Lecco, that had been the subsequent abandoned for years. On the area of 7.200 sq.m, the project proposes the demolition of the existing factory and subsequent construction of three residential buildings with spaces for pubblic services surrounded by a new gardens.
