Houses in Parè - Valmadrera

The Parè harbour, the only Valmadrera’s outlet to the lake, was involved in a process of urban transformation that gradually replaced the former industrial settlements with residential buildings and tourist facilities. Developed on an area of approximately 9.300 square meters, the project developed 4 apartment buildings on 2/3 levels above ground, as well as underground and public carparks. The pecualiar spatial organization of the individual residential units allowed us to optimize the apartments’ view of the lake as well as to arrange their wide and deep terraces so as to ensure their absolute “privacy”.
