The apartment complex was built on a square-shaped area delimited by two streets in a semi-central district of Lecco. The maximum height of the two floors above the ground level, provided by the Urban Plan, led to the creation of a large building of about 2.000 sq.mt. as a whole on orthogonal alignments generated by a new road entering the lot, which is accessed through a tall portal.
