Houses and Offices in Lecco

The design of these multi-family with offices, partially implemented on the area formerly occupied by an industrial structure’s canteen in the Belledo district, has identified a planivolumetric scheme that fits into the urban context, enclosed by the old settlement as well as by the ‘ 60s housing block and the kindergarten designed by arch. Mino Fiocchi. The south building’s design, in particular, pursued an ideal dialog with the latter, although using a modern language.
