Locanda Sant'Agata

The project involved the renovation of a set of historic buildings in the old village, covering a total area of approximately 1,100 square meters. The buildings, previously occupied by dwellings, were destined to accommodate a 200-seat restaurant developed on two floors, as well as some guest rooms and services. The project safeguarded and enhanced the historical characteristics of the buildings, creating a layout functional to new needs and adopting technological systems aimed at greater energy savings.
