The urban transformation project involves a disused industrial area of 12.000 sq.m located on the outskirts of Lecco. The project involves the construction of a residential complex with two buildings on 4/5 levels above ground and the environmental redevelopment of the area including the creation of new gardens. The project also includes the construction of a gym to serve the nearby primary school. Outdoor parking is provided for visitors, while large underground parking lots are provided for residents.
