El Tower

The project of this “Multi Convention Centre” involved the complete design of the interior spaces and the creation of a “roof garden” on the top level used for celebrating weddings. The volume of the building, built to the design of the Korean company “Hanul Architect & Engineers Inc.” covers an area of 1,700 square meters and has an above-ground height of 60 meters. The total area of approximately 15,000 square meters houses shops and offices on the lower levels, while on the upper floors there are conference rooms and restaurants. The conference facility, one of the largest in the country, adopts criteria for high flexibility of the internal spaces and is equipped with highly sophisticated systems.
