Civic Center

On a disused production area of approximately 2,000 square meters, the project provides for the construction of a building structure on three floors containing a civic space intended for cultural initiatives and hospitality environments (Aparthotel). The goal is also to redevelop this place enclosed by other buildings, creating a path connecting the historic center upstream and the lakeside sports area. A multi-purpose hall, the underground garage, and 36 small apartments, as well as service and accessory spaces, are located on a total above-ground surface of approximately 1,900 square meters. Particular attention was paid to the environmental sustainability of the structure, providing for the use of eco-combatible materials and the adoption of systems for energy production from renewable sources.
