The renovation project for this house, built in 1975 in Liguria, involved the complete redesign of the interior spaces and the restyling of the facades. Particular attention was paid to the design and implementation of the systems and home automation, including the installation of photovoltaic modules for greater energy independence. The project also included the redesign of the garden and the construction of a swimming pool.
