The transformation project of this early twentieth-century villa into the headquarters of the local Association of Builders addressed different functional needs while safeguarding the identity of the historic building. The total surface area of approximately 1,000 square meters is developed on four levels, including the attic floor and the basement, which houses service rooms and a 60-seat conference room.
