The residential building of 20 apartments was sited in the semi-periphery of Lecco. The rectangular planimetric scheme was developed on 4 levels above the ground, one of which built under the vaulted roof. The massive volume image is ‘softened’ by the compositional design of the facades. The north is characterized by French windows and doors with walls embrasures to let more light in while the south features protruding large terraces and loggias.
