Built close to the town centre, the building is characterized by a compact volumetric scheme, with a symmetrical facades’ design.
The southern facade features a long porch that, besides protecting the terraces, achieves the peculiar effect of a facade ‘in movement’ thanks to ever-changing light – dark contrasts.
7 apartments and 2 offices are distributed on four levels, which are all served by a single staircase.
