The project of this designer multi-store sited in the fashion district downtown Seoul was developed on four levels with a total surface area of approx. 2,350.
In addition to the “Lady’s Fashion Brands” retail spaces, offices and service spaces, café and a space hosting exhibitions and cultural events are grouped on the ground floor.
From the street view, the building looks like a white marble volume with a base of travertine, interrupted by a glass wall and two high “metal blades” that support the full-height coverage of the central space.
The indoor spaces open on the core gap, surrounded by an uninterrupted balcony and the stairs.
All furnishings are custom-designed and are characterized by etched brassplates and wood, leather and natural fabrics paneling.
